Accessibility statement

Last updated: 31.08.2026

Translation provided for convenience only. The Hebrew version is the binding one, and in any conflict between the versions the Hebrew prevails.

Our commitment to accessibility

Loyaly treats equal, accessible service to every user, including people with disabilities, as a first-order obligation. We work to make our website accessible under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

The standard we implemented

The site was designed and built to Israeli standard IS 5568 at conformance level AA, which corresponds to the WCAG 2.1 recommendations of W3C.

Accessibility controls on the site

An accessibility button (a person icon) sits in the bottom-left corner of every page. Press it to:

  • Scale text up or down, to 150%.
  • Turn on high-contrast mode.
  • Underline links prominently.
  • Stop animation, transitions and automatic motion.
  • Show an enlarged mouse cursor.
  • Switch to a more legible typeface.
  • Reset every setting.

Your preferences are stored in the browser and apply automatically on your next visit. Every page also carries a skip-to-main-content link, revealed by the first Tab press.

Built-in accessibility features

  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Esc).
  • Screen reader support (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
  • Standard semantic markup for headings, landmarks and forms.
  • Alt text on images that carry meaning.
  • Forms with clear labels and explicit error messages.
  • Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
  • A layout that adapts to every screen size, phones and tablets included.
  • A Hebrew interface with full RTL, and an English one with LTR.

Parts that may not yet be fully accessible

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet - mainly third-party content (such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, which the platforms control) and content uploaded by our users (logos, business photographs). We work on this continuously.

Report an accessibility problem

Ran into difficulty? Tell us and we will fix it as quickly as we can. Please name the page where it happened and describe the problem briefly.
