Loyaly is built by Jonathan Azougy, a product manager with over five years of experience across SaaS, e-commerce and cybersecurity products. Before Loyaly he co-founded MILLA, a proptech venture, and the PropTech IDC community.
He builds and operates the system end to end: from the code to the conversation with every business owner who joins. It is also why the product pages make no promise that has no mechanism behind it.
Most customer clubs in Israel ask the customer to download an app, and ask the business to give up ownership of its customer list. Loyaly is built the other way around: a real card in the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet already on the phone, and a customer list that belongs to the business alone, fully exportable at any moment.
